What we do
Brenta is a research driven, technology platforms developer on pharmaceutical and material science fields. Brenta is engaged in nanotechnology and theranostic applications to find solutions to enhance the performance of active pharmaceutical ingredients with critical attributes according to the biopharmaceutical classification system.
For its activities Brenta has the following three laboratories available in its operational headquarters:
LC Laboratory
LC laboratory of chemical synthesis and analysis, where we deal with the synthesis and characterization of matrices of a nano and microtechnological nature, mainly intended for the preparation of drug delivery systems and in general to adsorb molecules in order to improve certain performances.
LM Laboratory
BSL-2 certified LM microbiology laboratory where we perform in vitro antimicrobial and antibiofilm tests on model bacterial and / or fungal microorganisms.
KL Laboratory
KL kilolab laboratory, we deal with the scale production of our proprietary matrices intended for both R&D and finished products.
Who we are
Brenta is an innovative start-up founded in 2016, located in Vicenza. In it different skills emerge that allow him to focus on materials science, biotechnology and microbiology. Thanks to his young team, made up of heterogeneous and complementary backgrounds, innovation and versatility can be found in different technological fields. The Brenta group is able to meet the needs of customers belonging to various commercial sectors.
